What is it about?
In recent years, the demands on organisations and teams have increased considerably, especially in the context of the broad discussion about New Work, generational change and the increasing digitalisation of the economy.
People and their (changed) working conditions are both the trigger and the subject of team development measures, team coaching and large group facilitation.
Often the focus is on clarity of tasks, roles and goals, the interlocking of tasks and areas of responsibility, resilience in the team, appropriate leadership strategies or conflict resolution and trust building.
As a team coach, you will help to focus on the collaboration and performance of a team and its leadership, making it visible and discussable.

Objectives
You will learn to support collective change, development and learning processes and to strengthen teams in their ability to communicate and work sustainably. You will acquire comprehensive methodological skills in team development and process facilitation. You will be introduced to systemic interventions that will enable you to analyse team and group events and manage unpredictable situations. In addition, you will develop a fundamental understanding of your own role and how you can help shape team events.
Content
The training programme consists of three modules, a practical phase as well as a supervision and wrap-up module. It is based on the typical course of a team coaching process. The content ranges from clarifying and analysing the task, through designing appropriate measures and interventions, to practical implementation and evaluation. The qualification concludes with the independent implementation of your own practical case under our supervision.
Module 1: Team coaching basics
How modern teams work from a systemic perspective, clarifying goals and tasks, requirements and understanding the role of a team coach.
Module 2: Concept and process design
Conceptual steps of process and event design, clarifying problems and conflicts and finding solutions, observing and experiencing the dynamics and course of team coaching processes.
Module 3: Systemic Intervention Strategies
Interventions for dealing with conflicting interests and cultural conflicts, large group interventions and working with steering groups.
Practical Phase
The purpose of the practical phase is to conduct and document team coaching sessions independently and under your own responsibility. A teaching coach is available online to answer any questions you may have during the preparation phase. The completion of the practical phase is a prerequisite for the subsequent supervision.
Module 4: Supervision and wrap-up
Reflection and supervision of your team coaching sessions, culminating in a certificate as a team coach.
Personal interview
In case you need more information about the background and details of the training programme, let’s clarify your questions in a personal meeting. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested.
How we will work
The focus is on learning together in a practical and action-oriented way; this is reflected in the structure and content of the training. Self-reflection, interaction, input and concrete case work are closely interwoven.
